Squarewave Industries is the brainchild of me, Sam Winston. I graduated summa cum laude from the University of Washington with a B.S. in electrical engineering. I’ve spent extensive time in recording studios as both an audio and electrical engineer. I build all of my products by hand in Seattle.
I’m committed to making quality products and maintaining a high level of customer service, so I offer a limited lifetime warranty. Any defect in parts or workmanship will always be covered. Unfortunately I can't afford to be responsible for things like user error or acts of God, but if you have a problem with something I built, please don't hesitate to contact me and I will do my best to fix it for a reasonable price.
All of my pedals use the industry standard 2.1mm negative tip (Boss style) power connector, and will run off of 9V. Please follow the specific voltage and current requirements for each pedal. I've run into a lot of confusion over current ratings on power supplies, along the lines of: "my pedal says 300mA but my power supply says 1000mA, will that damage the pedal?" The current rating on the power supply specifies how much current it CAN supply, not a fixed output amount. So as long as the rating on the supply is greater than what is required by the pedal(s), you're fine.
Have a request for a new feature or want something changed? Send me an email and I’ll see what I can do.
I can do custom color combinations for a little something extra.
